With prior knowledge, students can benefit from more independent Science experiments or modeling to figure out the connections between science concepts or theories learnt.

Consequently, it makes learning more effective as what the creative 5R students did recently when creating models of the human skeletal system using cotton buds during their Science lesson.

Through their models, they learnt that the human skeletal system works as a support structure for the body and gives the body its shape. They also found out that it allows movement and provides protection for the organs in the body.
